About

We listen, act, and transform

I am a Mental Health Counselor, licensed in New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Utah with 19 years experience in the counseling field. I have had experience assisting clients with a wide range of concerns, such as, stress management, parenting issues, family/personal relationships, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and anger management. It is my belief therapy should be tailored to the individual client's needs, therefore I often use a combination of therapeutic techniques and approaches when providing treatment. My main goal as a therapist is to ensure a safe and supportive environment in which my client can feel comfortable exploring their individual issues. I look forward to working with you! Testimonials

“Patty has been a great therapist for me for several years now. She listens very closely, and is able to crystallize the problems I bring to her and express alternative (and more helpful) ways of thinking clearly and concisely.”

Current client

“Patti is my first therapist and I'm nothing short of grateful. Every session, she listens patiently to my weekly update, then asks thoughtful follow-up questions to help guide me to a resolution. She's a fantastic counselor and I cannot recommend her enough.”

Former client

“Patti has been such a wonderful support to me these past months as I’ve been dealing with the loss of my grandmother. This is the first loss of someone close to me and Patti has guided me and given me words of encouragement throughout everything.”
